A Universal Experience

Thanks to everyone for your support and lovely comments.  I guess just about everyone has had an encounter with my Church Lady. You guys have reported sightings at libraries, department stores, YMCAs, and even your own churches.  She’s a busy gal.  Now I’m just surprised she took so long to get around to me (God bless her).

So, I’m going to go ahead and take over the blog posting from Frankie.  If you check back or follow by email up in the corner there you’ll see upcoming posts like my Catholic Mom Movie Review of The Hobbit, why people are all wrong about picture books, my favorite foil pan recipes for bringing to a friend, why I don’t stress about homeschool kindergarten, and what we’re doing for upcoming feasts.
Have a question about Homemaking, Homeschooling, or Catholic
Living?  Leave it in the comments or email me at the email address over there under About and I’ll see what I can do.
Happy 2013 and a very Merry 10th Day of Christmas to you all.
Cheers!
Kendra

I am so glad you have decided to start a blog! I can't wait to hear your wisdom. I will email if I have a question…and, it may be sooner rather than later. 🙂

Wow!!!glad that I didn't rush right out with the grandkids to see this movie. Will wait for Netflicks as I have the other 3. Too bad about the Christian theme disappearing.

Hi! I’m Kendra.

For twenty years now, I’ve been using food, prayer, and conversation based around the liturgical calendar to share the lives of the saints and the beautiful truths and traditions of our Catholic faith. My own ten children, our friends and neighbors, and people just like you have been on this journey with me.

If you’d like to learn more about what Catholics believe and why, and to be inspired by saints from every era all over the world, you’ve come to the right place. If you’re feeling overwhelmed with the prospect of how to teach your kids about the faith in a way that’s true, engaging, and lasts a lifetime, we can help!
